- You place an order through the online catalogue .This does not mean that you will receive everything and in the quantities you have requested .Very often customers do not comply with the transport packaging and we have to adjust the quantities.
- Order processing . We systematize everything you have requested and submit it to the manufacturers we work with . They incorporate it into their production schedules and deliver the goods to us fresh , just before preparation for shipment. It is therefore important that your orders are submitted one week before the loading day.
- Receiving the goods with us . Inspection, preparation, palletising and loading.
Receiving discrepancies between the placed order and the invoiced goods is most often due to an untimely placed order , non-performance by the manufacturer or importer or a product already discontinued. Differences in prices between the order and the invoice are also allowed due to the time interval and market dynamics.
